What is in your configs?
Maybe we can try to help out each other additionally?
I am thinking about just deleting the whole hostname stuff and try to start over new, but this was the first step I did, which already didnt work.

I did revert everything again.
hostname and /etc/hosts to mail.pornomaterial.com and reconfigured exim4
doesnt work.
Email cannot connect to SMTP server at all.
I consider this as crap, when I revert all settings and the settings that DID once work dont work when reset.

This exim4 is weird. Just crazy.
ONLY changed the hostname and then reverted and NOTHING works anymore.

I just dont understand. All settings are like they were back in the time it worked. I dated DNS up to be renewed, teh settings in thunderbird are still the same and it doesnt send cause no connection to SMTP server and received also not possible...
What is goin on in this?

from context and your screenshots I suppose you are german (as I am) so for easier communication I'll switch to that ;-)
es sieht der fehlermeldung nach ja so aus, als ob bereits die authorisierung des nutzers nicht funktioniert.
ich bezweifle stark, dass das am geänderten hostnamen liegt - es ist vermutlich nur ein Zufall, dass das Problem im Zusammenhang mit der Änderung des selben aufgetreten ist.
ich würde ggf. damit starten, das exim4-template von vesta nochmal runterzuladen http://c.vestacp.com/debian/8/exim/exim4.conf.template - um von einer unverbauten original-version auszugehen.
diese in /etc/exim4 kopieren und exim neu starten...
schaut man genau hin, sieht man auch, dass dort gar keine domain-namen eingetragen sind, diese zieht sich exim aus den entsprechenden verzeichnissen, welche vesta anlegt. Zu allem Überfluss hat ein Domain-Name mit http:// auf gar keinen fall auch nur irgendwas darin zu suchen.
ggf. kann es sinn machen exim4 inklusive der config-files zu deinstallieren, mit ' apt-get purge exim4* exim4-* ' und es anschliessend komplett neu zu installieren und dann die besagte conf-datei von vesta einzusetzen etc.
ggf. muss man dann vesta die mail-daten neu schreiben lassen, damit die domains und aliase usw. wieder eingetragen werden.
ein vorhandenes backup, je nach alter und umfang, geht unter Umständen wirklich schneller, der server ist ja normalerweise schnell neu installiert und die installationsroutine von vesta geht zackig von statten.

Wenn ich das alles nicht schaffe und einen restore machen muss, dann geht das mit dem backup des admin users in einem neuen vesta und es wird einfach überspielt (also auch der bei Neu-Installation neu angelegte admin also incremental) und alles ist drin wie vorher?
Sind dabei nicht auch die Fehler wieder mit drin, eben durch das Backup?
Die DNS-Einstellungen beim Domain Provider sind aber alle richtig, nicht?
