Error when use Open SSL with TLS on VsFTP

When I enable openssl with tls on vsftp, I received error on login with winSCP?
FTP Prot:21 TLS/SSL Explicit encryption

Code: Select all

error "Could not retrieve directory listing
Illegal PORT command.

Just I try with FileZilla its ok there is no problem using ssl over tls FTP connection.

Yes, the problem was with winSCP when I clear the cache and create a new connection it was working fine.
