Help me. STOP mysql auto service

I have not found a place to my.cnf file, my.cnf file path to where? ^_^

/etc/my.cnf

The issue remains unresolved adding /etc/my.cnf configuration file. STOP Mysql auto service and it can not be restarted, I have to restart the service httpd restart mysqld then succeed.

P/S: httpd memory of up to more than 1gb

Please help me solve the problem completely.
