Fresh Install on Ubuntu 15.10 Nginx PHP FPM

I did a fresh installation on Ubuntu 15.10

Nginx with PHP FPM

I don't understand what is wrong with VestaCP is it stable or not ? problems on fresh installation is very strange ?
