Bug - Index page showing default page

I don't know if VestaCP team is aware of this bug, in the new version vestaCP whenever a user add new domain. instead of showing new domains webpages/contents vestaCP shows default index page.

did you removed public_html/index.html ?

yes, this is the first thing I did. removing public_html/index.html or removing index.html from skeleton folder doesn't help. everytime you add a new domain you have to restart the httpd and nginx. thus make vestaCP super unfriendly for end users who don't have access to admin control panel to restart the httpd and nginx.

Can you tell us more about your server? How did you install, which OS and version in use?

3 of them are installed in centos 6.8 64 bit and 2 of them are installed in centos 6.8 64 bit minimal. with different VPS providers vultr, ramnode and digitalocean.

the bug goes away once we restart the HTTPD(Apache) , everytime a user add a domain we have to restart the HTTPD, it made our life bit difficult.
