Проблема при запуске Apache

Здравствуйте. При сохранении настроек домена (смена шаблонов apache и nginx) произошла какая то ошибка, вроде дублирование строк в конфиге nginx.
после удаления дубликата перестал запускаться Apache

Помогло это.

но кроме этого так же дублируются конфиги нгинкс. АД...
