SFTP users cant login ???

I´m using ubuntu 16.04

My user created with ubuntu install can login to sftp using port 22

Users created on Vesta can´t login

The only error I see in var/log/auth.

Is sshd[3984]: error: maximum authentication attempts exceeded for NameOfUser

Is a bug on MObaXterm.

I can Login on Filezzilla. But users are not chrooted even with plugin active.

Are there any updates on this? I am running UBUNTU 16 and just installed VestaCP.
Users cannot login using SFTP

I am able to login to the server via SSH as root but not with any users created within Vesta. Help..

Just for reference:
I installed on Ubuntu 12 and 14 to verify is wasn't a comparability issue.
The problem exists across all versions of Ubuntu.
