secure admin page opens insecure phpmyadmin page

i don't know if i can call it a bug but i'd expect it open secure link, once i am on secure site. Is there a fix for that?

You're lucky, you have secure site, but no all have or do not have valid certificate.

If you want change link, it's pretty simple:
server -> configure -> DB -> phpMyAdmin URL
