If no Tomcat then suggest me any environment for JAVA+PHP => Allplications which is available for VestaCP

But I can tell you VestaCP is quite good and lightweight, have been using it for a while now.

That said, @skurudo... I also requested JSP support a while back, remember? It would be nice to have that feature :)
