Installing Vestacp from other source than from vestacp.com

Hallo, is it possible to install vesta cp from other source and not from their veb site, for example, what if their site stop working in futire and you have 2 servers with over 200 pages and you need to reinstall vesta for example...
Now, I dowoaded source code from their page but when I started installing I saw in terminal that it runs bash script again from vestacp.com's wget...
So, any commemts or answers pls)

It downloads bash script that fits the OS you use. So just download that bash manually. Vestacp installation is more or less just installing packages with your OS package manager.

No,
apart from installing packages, it is additionally making specific config files for the apps like Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP, Dovecot, Exim, SpamAssasin, IPTables firewall and so much more that makes VestaCP a fully functional webhosting stack. It fetches and configures all these pkgs specifically.

To achieve that thing offline, you will need to trace each and ever "call to web" from the Vesta install script and the inside scripts that call to web. Not sure but if you feel unsafe, you can FORK the project and keep a copy for yourself.

This is bas,very bad, everyone should feel unsafe, there are thousands of users of vestacp, what if the vestacp.com is terminated, and vestacp'a installations as we all know cant be restored on other cp automatically

joni, there is no other sources for installation like debain packages or something.

If you have skills and time, you can make
1) OS images with pre-installed Vesta
2) mirrors
3) docker images (there is ready solutions in Internet)

and your sense of unsafety will be satisfied.

If, only if, vestacp.com terminated, but it's very unlikely, github will be live.
But if you have so many if, then backup all and all software ;-)

It's not impossible mission, pal, you can restore backup on other cp if you write parser (script) to those cp as our users do for other CP like DirectAdmin, Cpanel, CWP and etc.
