If i have main server1 with domain "acb.com"
Is it possible to create subdomain as "sub1.abc.com" and point IP "123.XXX.XXX.XXX" on the other server2
also server2 i will add alias domain with vestacp feature.

Actually i have try on vestacp already but it's not work.
Thus i wonder is their another way to doing this?

Your question is not very clear, but yes you can definitely run a subdomain from another server.
How do you manage DNS ? from your VestaCP server or externally ? in any case it would work once the DNS is resolving properly. I do not understand your "alias" point so please clarify
