An existing backup is already running.

Hello!
I'm facing an issue with my vestacp today.
when i try to create backup it shows "An existing backup is already running. Please wait for that backup to finish."
however these are the commands which i checked till now

[root@server ~]# rm /usr/local/vesta/data/queue/backup.pipe
rm: remove regular file `/usr/local/vesta/data/queue/backup.pipe'?
[root@server ~]# nano /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf
[root@server ~]# nano /usr/local/vesta/data/queue/backup.pipe
[root@server ~]# v-backup-users
[root@server ~]# ls -la /home/backup
total 24
drwx--x--x 2 backup backup 4096 Mar  7 13:06 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root   root   4096 Feb 28 06:19 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 root   root    622 Mar  9 03:08 admin.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 backup backup   18 Mar 23  2017 .bash_logout
-rw-r--r-- 1 backup backup  176 Mar 23  2017 .bash_profile
-rw-r--r-- 1 backup backup  124 Mar 23  2017 .bashrc

and there is something stange like i dont see any table like
however check this too
