after mount partitions how i can utitlize

i did all steps
* copy all files from /home to for example /root
* delete all files and folders in /home
* make partition and mount as /home

if partition ready, then simple mount /dev/sd(b or your letter) /home
for using 2nd hard drive .Now i have no idea how it will be utilized because VESTA cp installed on my first hard drive.........

How i can extend/use my another 1 TB for files share because it is 1 TB any simple method i can utilize instead of logs, backup,mysql files

Think what you are looking for is to have 2hdd's accessed by one directory that is totally possible but if you loose one of the drives then all files are lost..
