I can't download or upload files with ftp account

Hello,

I create ftp account from vestacp panel,
I login with my ftp info via filezilla but when I try download or edit my files I get notice:

Code: Select all

Failed to upload content of remote file

I give ftp account to my 5 friends for they check and all say same problem, anyone help?

did You try to check proftpd/vsftpd logs? Are passive ports open in the firewall?

Check permission of files.

Try creating a text file. If it is successfully, then most probably you have a permission problem with the other files
