phpMyadmin blank page

I am trying to setup vestacp and each time I setup no matter with whichever VPS provider the phpmyadmin blank page never disappears. I have tried all fixes which I could find in google but none of them worked please help on this.

I have had troubles with phpMyAdmin not working before and after upgrading to php 7.2 so instead of banging my head against the wall I just use MyWebSql. Here is a link to it:

Thanks that works just fine. But it's a little bit slow on operations. I think I will stick with command line, that never fails
