Migrate from DO Vps to another vps

Hello,
i created my first vps with digital ocean with vestacp, but now i want to move my site to different vps provider with cheaper prices. There is not much traffic on site, hence decided to move away.

with keeping vestacp installation as it is, backup and restore will be 100% without any loss with new vps?
Also how do i take backup of current digital ocean server and restore as it is in to new server? any guides/tutorials on this please?

Thanks.

I have same problem when migrate from Digital Ocean to Hetzner. One week hard working and change all. It's nightmare, one e-shop fashionmix is down for a week and and have no help from nowhere. I finally managed to set up the entire system but it cost me so much nerves that if I have to move many sites again I will seek professional help.
