Dear sir,
I can't purchase Chroot from Bangladesh.
I have International MasterCard but i cant't purchase it. why?
Please help me to provide a payment gateway.

Not Bangladesh but nearby (India). We face a lot of similar problems.

Did you use a credit or debit card? A lot of debit cards don't work online, especially if the cards are older (i.e. magstripe, not chip and pin)
Also, do you have international transactions enabled? Banks here by default block them; you have to ask them to enable usage online
