Vesta DNS Domain Issues
Lately my VestaCP in not only one panel but more than one panel has not been doing that well with DNS. Problem is, now it works, and now it doesn't. When it doesn't work I can't get into the panel with the domain, but only the IP. I then first check whether Named server is up and running and every time it is. Then after trying a few things what seems to help is when I stop and start Vesta, so the problem has to be Vesta related. Not ISP, or browser (it's happening with Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and IE).

This is the domain I'm having problems with. If you check with the DNS Inspect tool it scores 99% in its DNS configuration. Even when it scores 99% it has been down at times. That is the worst part, like sometimes it works OK and sometimes it doesn't.
