It must be something with apt, try to install following packages manually

Sources are definitely valid and there isn't any firewall.skid wrote:roundcube-plugins and apparmor-utils are basic pages which should be available in base debian/ubuntu repository. Make sure you have valid sources.list for apt-get and firewall is disabled.
it's odd because I've installed Vesta perfectly fine on the same OSs before a few weeks ago?
