Users cant access ssh to vestacp

Os: CentOS 6x
Web: apache + nginx
Users cant access ssh to vestacp

Hi, I installed vestacp on Centos7 and I noticed my users can't access ssh eventhough I've enable their ssh in control panel.
when they try to login, their error is like this:

How can I fix this?

Create key pair and use private key for login instead of password.

thanks for the solution!
it turn out that my centos disabling password login by default.
