User account is hidden

I am having a problem with the user account. It's hidden.

Try entering as root / admin so you can see the rest of the users you have created and according to each user the websites that you have assigned. Otherwise, if possible you need paid help from a SysAdmin.

Do you remember what steps you have performed before having this issue?

From su/root cli, try listing all users with v-list-users command.
