Want to Shift to VestaCp from cPanel as a Hosting Provider

Dear Masters,

Please guide me I want to shift to VestaCp from cPanel as a hosting company.

Which OS shall I select for this?
Is there any default template for such hosting company?

What advantages and disadvantages I may face in this migration?

Switch to DirectAdmin. It will be more easier as I migrated 150+ cPanel accounts to DirectAdmin with least problems.

But direct admin is commercial. Not free to use .

Any guidelines to shift to Vesta is better.

Why you cant afford license for direct admin?
If you need a license contact me i will tell you where to buy pretty cheap
