I checked the repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d/ and it points to http://r.vestacp.com/cmmnt/8/$basearch/ but 404 not found is the error so the script isn't working so could you please fix?

Centos 8 is not supported in this moment. I think this is the problem. You can try with Centos 7.
