How to upload backup from local host to backup directories in VestaCP?

Can any body support me, how I upload my backup tarbell to Backup dictionary from the local.

I am very new with VestaCP, but I am tried to find the tutorial or documents in vesta website. Unfortunately I don't find it. Can any body please assist and provide full instruction.

Not sure what you're trying to achieve. Do you want to upload a backup tar from another server? Or do you have the backupfile on your local pc?
