Ok.

First of all, I logged on to ALL vesta users including admin and went to softaculous one by one. And Went to email setting and checked
Disable All Update Notifications Emails
I am still receiving Software Updates (fqdn.fqdn.com) and recently Successfully Upgraded to Softaculous v5.0.5 (fqdn.fqdn.com)

It also says here
If checked you will not receive any email notification for updates available for ALL your installations.
But I have not installed any application using softaculous. Then I should not be receiving any emails.

I went to cron jobs and softaculous is not in the list.

Where and what is running the job?

The answer is no.
