forward all email to specific email account

At the moment, my server is rejecting emails if there is no receiving email account on the server.
Is there a way to tell server to forward such emails with no account to specific existing email account?

CPanel have this under Mail - DefaultAddress

Catchall email is what you’re looking for. Go to your panel > mail tab > edit mail domain and type in a address as shown.
