NO LANGUAGE DEFINED error upon login in the admin cp

When I try to login in the CP with the admin user I get "NO LANGUAGE DEFINED" error on the log-in page instead of loggin-in.
Any ideas how to fix it so i can actually log-in in the admin panel? :)

Check free space on your volume.

It was low, but I cleared it out and still getting the same error.

Did you reboot after clearing it?

the admin quota was set to unlimited already, but still after v-update-user-quota admin and reboot i can log-in now, thanks! :)
