[PLUGIN] VestaCP Tools Plugin

It may be interesting to add another tab, with basic info about de server.
For example, CPUs, Disk drive and RAM

This could be handy to check disk usage on VestaCP, for example.

I'd do a PR myself but I don't know the first thing about JSON and PHP to parse bash output.
In bash, it could be done with a couple of commands (maybe on PHP with 'exec' could be an option):

Disk information: df -h
RAM information: free -h
CPU information: lscpu (also lshw -class processor)

I install this plugin and it goes perfect but when installing other scripts like:
https://github.com/pkfrom/vesta-app-installer
https://github.com/jhmaverick/vestacp-plugin-manager

when installing others it seems that the pluigns TOOLS disappears from my vesta.
