No Access to Vesta Respository

I am trying to install VestaCP under Ubuntu 16.04 (Mint 18.3) with Apache and PHP 7.0 installed. I am using the vst-install-ubuntu.sh file but get an error saying "No access to Vesta repository". Is the repository down at the moment or is this a configuration problem of some kind? Any ideas of how it can be resolved? I have reviewed many posts on this, but most are old and from a time before Ubuntu 16.04 support was added.
