I can not access any of my domains after adding one.

This is my first post here. I have been using vestacp with ubuntu 18.x for a week. I have a domain and a subdomain that worked well until yesterday. By purchasing a domain name from a different registrar and pointing it to the IP of my server, all domains have stopped working. It's since yesterday that it lasts.
When I try to access it, I receive the message "This site is inaccessible".
Is it normal for all domains to be affected by adding one?
A clarification will be much appreciated.

1. Are you running dns service on this webserver or
2. You simply logged I to registrar and pointed A record to webserver IP address?
